In order to protect our Community against misbehaving players, Battlerite uses an AFK detection system that automatically penalizes inactive players.
We know that some situations may occur where you have a good reason to be inactive (e.g. in a 2v1 situation where someone in the enemy team disconnected), but the system cannot differentiate between someone griefing and those only trying to create a fair match.
Unfortunately, our Customer Support team is unable to revert rating penalties.
Please note that you must both move your character and deal a certain amount of damage to your enemies during each round, otherwise there is a chance that the system will mark you as inactive.
If you believe there is a bug tagging you as inactive by mistake, please submit a ticket immediately after it happens with your output log and explaining the issue as thorough as possible.
You can find the output log if you go to your Steam Library > Right-click on Battlerite > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Battlerite_Data -- the file is called "output_log"
