Please make sure that your Twitch account is linked to your Battlerite account.
You may do so in-game, under Options > Account > Link Twitch account.
If the accounts are linked and you still haven't received your items, disconnecting your Twitch account from your Battlerite account, and then linking them again might solve the issue.
You can disconnect your Twitch account from your Battlerite account by going to Twitch.tv > Click on your name in the top right corner > Settings > Connections > Scroll down to "Other Connections", find Battlerite and click Disconnect.
Please also note that all items that you purchase on Twitch must be activated in the original Battlerite (free-to-play, available on Steam), before they will appear in Battlerite Royale. For example, if you purchase a Pro League Chest on Twitch, please start Battlerite to open the chest. Any items received from the chest will be activated on your account and will be shared with your Battlerite Royale Collection.
If you are still unable to receive your items, please submit a ticket with the following information:
- Your receipt of payment
- Your Battlerite username
- Date of purchase
