We have implemented a system that protects players from losing rank if they face a disconnection, but perhaps you were beyond that point when the issue occurred.
If this were to happen again, please send us your output log immediately so that we can take a closer look at what went wrong and prevent further issues.
You can find it on:
Steam > Right click on Battlerite > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Battlerite_Data -- the document is called "Output_log"
Unfortunately, we don't have a system that allows us to change your ranking in the game, therefore the only way to make your way back to your League is by playing.
